I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the hotel. It had a cozy and traditional feel, with beautiful paintings and antique furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around as a senior. The hotel's accessibility was great, with ramps and elevators available for those who needed assistance. I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to catering to the needs of senior guests. Perhaps some additional services or amenities specifically designed for older individuals would have made the vacation even better.

I always come back to this place. Staff helped with my parents. Suits me perfectly. Free Wi-Fi, paid parking, kitchen stuff, shuttle, TV, lift. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

The apartment was in a great location, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance. It was also very secure and safe, with key access to the property. The living room was cozy and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment.

During my recent transit in Prague, I had the opportunity to stay at Hanan's Benedikt hotel. One of the best features of this hotel was its convenient location. Being just 15 km away from Vaclav Havel Prague airport, it made my journey much easier and stress-free. the hotel's proximity to Republic Square, just a 5-minute walk away, allowed me to explore the city center effortlessly.

The lack of an egg lifter and the absence of bath soap and shampoo in the bathroom were a bit disappointing.

Netflix on the TV was a nice bonus. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
